My name is Eugene Moreau and  I’m your programme leader. 

I am a Certified Neuro Change Method™ Practitioner, and I love helping people rewire their brains to reach their full potential. I am the eldest child of a Pentecostal missionary couple. I grew up in the cauldron of helping hurt people experience healing and help. My wife (Chereen) is a Narrative Counsellor and together this is what we do… we help people find healing, hope and direction in their life, no matter what stage of life they are in.

Since 1990 I have helped hundreds (some older and some younger) work through challenges and issues in their life. Sometimes it was about finding direction in life and then other times it was about helping with their mindset and the way they approached living their life.

Now, in 2022, my mission in life is to unlock vision, inspire passion, and motivate and equip people for a meaningful and fulfilled life. To be the best father, husband and inspirational leader I can be. I believe we’re here to live an intentional, fulfilling life, and I’m committed to inspiring others to join me and live our best life now.

I embarked on the program as I wanted more. I wanted clarity. I wanted to know where to from here. I have clarified my core beliefs. I understand where these beliefs come from and whether they have aided or hampered me. Eugene validates his knowledge and expertise in this field. Thoroughly enjoyed the whole Neuro Change Method and Eugene’s guidance. I recommend it to all.

How your emotions influence choices, actions, and relationships.

In this session you will discover:

  • The influence EQ it has on your motivation.
  • We find out what emotional awareness is, and how mindfulness can help you reflect on your emotions.
  • We examine how your emotional  intelligence influences your relationships with others.

How your subconscious mind can make goal attainment less effortful.

In this session you will discover:

  • Why goal intention is not enough to guarantee goal attainment.
  • What implementation intentions are.
  • How implementation intentions can be used to automate your goal striving and build habits.
  • What the root of procrastination is.

How you can maximize your potential with neuroplasticity.

In this session you will discover:

  • The new age of brain science and neuroplasticity.

  • The neurobiology of neuroplasticity by investigating:

    • How neurons work
    • How synapses work
    • How myelination works

How to create new neural circuits and abandon the old ones.

In this session you will discover:

  • How is deliberate practice different from other forms of practice?
  • How does deliberate practice differ from achieving a flow state?
  • How to use Focus, Effort, Effortlessness and a Decision to maintain a skill to create automaticity
  • How to make change last by creating habits.
